Ms. Martin's "About Me Page"

Hello...My name is Ms. Martin. I am 39 years old and a mother of a 9 year old son who is in the 4th grade at Eduprize. I have two cats named Midnight and China whom I adore. I graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies and am fluent in Sign Language. I even taught my students "The Pledge Of Allegiance" in sign this year. I have a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix as well. It is in Cross Categorical Special Education. I started off in this district 5 years ago as a paraprofessional and am now a teacher. This is my second year at Combs Middle School and I love it! In my free time, I like to go to the movies, read at Starbucks, go bike and scooter riding with my son and shop at Walmart. I often see many of my students there. Well, that is me in a nutshell. I hope you enjoyed learning about me.
