All About Me!
Thank you for taking an interest in your child's education and teacher! I hope that your child will leave my class feeling more confident as a writer, reader, and an overall social human being.
This is my third year here at J.O. Combs Middle School. I was lucky enough to begin my first year of teaching in a brand new school with new technology, other new teachers, and a principal who was ready to take the reins! I was granted the opportunity (thanks to Eric Samuels and Pete Galvan) to work at this wonderful school.
I live here in San Tan Valley and just like you, I'm trying to get used to the new name. I love to read, listen to music, and hang out with my family. My family consists of me, my husband, my three children, my three dogs, and my beta fish. We love to swim and enjoy going to movies together.
My other passion is reading. I read fifteen books over the summer and I loved it! Each book offers ideas, insights, and a chance to use my imagination.
I really believe this year has gotten off to a great start. I enjoy all of my students and I hope to hear from all of you!
